Lottie

Lottie is a hotly anticipated new Sydney restaurant stroke bar opening in the Redfern/ Surry Hills area. 

Whilst the name might not make it clear, Lottie is actually Mexican inspired dining. When it comes to drinks, you might be tempted to order the namesake margarita but opt instead for the coconut one - you won't regret it. 

For the interior, its everything we'd do if we were picking out the decor for a new vibey restaurant. It is expertly cool and vibrant with pinky red hues, marble, and lush greenery. 

Finally, it's worth noting that Lottie is actually attached to the equally anticipated Eve Hotel, which has the most gorgeous pool on its rooftop, transporting you somewhere that feels quite Beverley Hills with its rust-red striped cabanas.
